Reds Need a Change

The Reds are coming home this week 10 games under .500. They have not won a series since taking 2 out of 3 against Pittsburgh at the end of April. The team seems as though they don't care or even notice that they are playing so poorly. Is it all Narron's fault? No, but to continue at status quo at this point is the Reds ownership not living up to their end of the bargain. When Mr. Castellini first took over the Reds he said he was bringing winning baseball back to Cincinnati. Well prove it Mr. Castellini. Prove that you really want to win by firing Narron and bringing in an outsider to coach this team. Bring in a fresh face that is not afraid of veteran players and will manage this team in a fashion that we have not seen since Ray Knight or Lue Pinella. Trade Adam Dunn and get some talented young pitchers, hopefully relievers or a closer. Adam Dunn is not the future of this team. The Reds have talented outfielders in the minors and always have produced good outfielders. The Reds do not need Adam Dunn as much as they need what they could get for Dunn. The Reds need a change and I think firing Narron and trading Dunn for young relievers is the way to go about it.
