So it all comes down to this for many teams in region 4 tonight. Some teams will be playing there last game and know it while others will hope to win tonight and find themselves playing next week in the first round of the playoffs. Elder is one of those teams and will be playing West High in was assured to be another blowout in the outdated rivalry. They are in need of help to get into the playoffs. So here is the situation:
These teams are in with a win:
Princeton........... vs. Middletown
Northmont.........vs. Piqua
Harrison.............vs. Anderson
If one of these team lose then these teams will be figthing for there spot:
Elder....................vs. Western Hills
Wayne..................vs. Troy
*Elder should secure a playoff spot with a win over West High and a loss by one of these three teams: Princeton, Northmont, or Harrison. As long as 2 of the teams they have beaten win and those teams are:
Cov Cath, Moeller, Lakota West, Benedictine, Independence (NC), Oak Hills
The other big games:
Lakota West vs. Lakota East (Elder wants LW, Wayne wants LE)
Moeller vs. St. Xavier (Elder wants Moeller)
Oak Hills vs. Colerain
Glen Este vs. Winton Woods
