Cornerback Deltha O'Neal still has not reported to the voluntary mini-camp. The same can be said about T.J. Houshmandzadeh who remains in L.A. where he is working out on his own. No one seems concerned about T.J.'s absence but there seems to be an issue between O'Neal and Marvin Lewis. The cornerbacks last year for the Bengals we terrible and a bad attitude from O'Neal should not be allowed to continue. I expect if this continues he will be the next ex-Bengal looking for a new team.
