GCL Football Tonight

Two huge games in the GCL take place tonight...

St. Xavier vs. LaSalle
This game will be a close game. Those that think St. X is far and above LaSalle are a little to fond of themselves. LaSalle is led by a very good running back who will look to have a big game to keep the ball away from St. Xavier's offense. Elder's defense did a great job stopping St.X in their game earlier in the season and I would not see any reason that LaSalle could not do the same and keep the game low scoring. I predict a St. X win but much like the Elder game except with LaSalle scoring on St. X... My Prediction St.X 20 LaSalle 14

Moeller vs. Elder

Elder needs this game to keep their playoff hopes alive. The game is at the Pit and I look for Elder to come out playing their best. Moeller will look to get their high powered passing game going against a week Elder defense at times. I see this game being a great game as well with the home Panthers getting the win 21-14...
