Reds Blow Another Lead Late
Given, the lead was only 4-3, the Reds still could not hold off the Nationals who scored 5 in the 8th to go up 8-4. That was all that was needed considering the Reds got all of their runs on 3 hits. The Reds could not hit and the bullpen could not hold what was a relatively good start for Kirk Sarloos in his first start of the season. Sarloos would have gotten the win had the bullpen not lost it.
